Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how TopCasinoScout (“we”, “our”, “the site”) collects, stores, and uses information when visitors access our website. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is handled securely, transparently, and in compliance with GDPR and other international data protection standards.
1. Information We Collect
TopCasinoScout is a casino comparison website. We do not collect sensitive personal data, account credentials, or financial information. The information we may collect includes:
- Non-identifiable analytics data such as page views, device type, browser, country, and traffic sources.
- Cookies and tracking data used for performance measurement, personalization, and affiliate attribution. See our Cookie Policy for details.
- Contact information (only if you voluntarily submit it through our Contact Page).
We do not collect or store gambling activity, deposit amounts, payment details, or casino login information.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data may be used for the following:
- Improving site performance and user experience
- Providing geo-smart casino bonus recommendations
- Measuring engagement with bonus tables and rankings
- Ensuring affiliate links function correctly
- Detecting technical issues
- Responding to contact/support requests
We do not use your data for spam, marketing emails, or selling information to third parties.
3. Affiliate Tracking & Third-Party Links
TopCasinoScout contains affiliate links. When you click an offer, a tracking parameter may be applied so casino operators can verify referrals. We do not receive:
- Your casino login details
- Your deposit amounts
- Your financial information
- Your personal identity
Affiliate networks may set cookies to confirm traffic for reporting accuracy. More details are available in our Affiliate Disclosure.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process data under the following lawful bases:
- Legitimate interest — to operate and improve a casino comparison website
- Consent — for cookies & tracking technologies
- Contractual necessity — when users contact us for support
5. Data Storage & Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect stored data. Non-personal analytics data is kept for a limited period and then automatically removed.
We do not host or store any user accounts, payment details, or sensitive personal identifiers.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the link below.
7. International Data Transfers
Some analytics tools and affiliate networks may process data outside your country. All partners used by TopCasinoScout comply with GDPR, standard contractual clauses, or equivalent safeguards.
8. Bot Protection & Security (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To protect the site from automated abuse, such as bots scraping our data or overloading our tools, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. On some pages (for example our casino licence checker) Turnstile runs invisible background challenges to confirm that a visitor is a real person, without showing you a CAPTCHA or asking you to solve a puzzle.
These checks run in your browser and may set a short-lived clearance cookie, and Cloudflare processes limited technical data (such as browser and device signals) to perform them. For details of how Cloudflare handles that data, see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
9. TopCasinoScout Browser Extension
Our free browser extension analyzes casino websites you choose to check. All analysis runs locally in your browser: when you open the extension on a page, it reads that page (and, in the background, the site's own terms and bonus pages) to surface licence evidence and bonus-term warnings. Nothing is transmitted to us automatically by browsing.
You can send an analysis report of an unreviewed casino to our review queue, either by clicking Send or automatically if you enable the optional auto-contribution setting (off unless you enable it during setup or via the toggle in the popup). Reports contain only the analysis shown on screen for that casino page: the domain, licence evidence, detected bonus terms and warnings, and your approximate country. They contain no personal identifiers, no account data, and no browsing history. Reports go to our editorial review queue and are used to research and review casinos. The extension also keeps a short list of casinos you checked; that history is stored on your own device only and never leaves your browser.
10. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date will always appear at the top of the page.
