1. The promoter

   This promotion is run by TopCasinoScout Ltd (“we”, “us”, the “Promoter”), operator of topcasinoscout.com.

2. Eligibility

   • You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
   • The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. It is your responsibility to ensure you may lawfully take part from your location.
   • Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible.
   • Entries made on behalf of another person, or by automated means, are not accepted.

3. Promotion period

   Entries open when the promotion is announced on our official X (Twitter) account and close 48 hours later. The exact closing date and time are stated in the announcement post. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.

4. How to enter

   • Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. No deposit, payment, or gambling of any kind is required to enter or to win.
   • To enter: go to our licence checker, type the promotion keyword into the search box to open the entry form, and submit the form with a valid email address and your X / Twitter username.
   • One entry per person. Duplicate entries, or entries using multiple email addresses or accounts by the same person, will be disqualified.
   • We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or not received for any reason.

5. The prize

   • Prizes: 3 winners of $10 USDT each ($30 USDT total). Each prize is paid in USDT (Tether, a US-dollar-pegged cryptocurrency).
   • To receive the prize, a winner must provide a valid USDT wallet address. We will confirm the network (for example TRC-20 or ERC-20) with the winner when arranging payment. We are not responsible for funds lost due to an incorrect or incompatible wallet address supplied by the winner.
   • The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative except at our sole discretion. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require it.
   • Any taxes or charges arising from receipt of the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

6. Winner selection

   Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period, after entries close. The draw is carried out using the third-party random-picker tool at wheelofnames.com. Our decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection.

7. Notification of winners

   • Winners will be notified by email at the address provided with their entry, normally within 7 days of the draw. The result is also announced on our official X (Twitter) account.
   • A winner must respond and provide a valid USDT wallet address within 14 days of being contacted. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within that time, we reserve the right to disqualify that entry and draw an alternative winner.

8. Your information & data protection

   • To enter you provide an email address and X username. We use these only to administer the promotion — to identify and contact winners and deliver the prize.
   • The marketing consent boxes on the entry form are optional and unticked by default. You may enter without ticking them. If you opt in, we will send you the communications you selected (special offers and/or product updates), and you can unsubscribe at any time.

9. Publicity

   We announce winners on our official X (Twitter) account, identified by X username. By entering, you agree to this limited use if you win. We will not publish your email address or other contact details.

    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X (Twitter) or any other platform. You provide your information to the Promoter, not to X. Any questions about the promotion should be directed to us, not to X.

11. Responsible gambling
