Ministry of Finance (Slovenia) — gambling concession holders
Slovenia’s Ministry of Finance keeps the register of gambling concession holders — the only entities allowed to offer games of chance, including online. The universe is tiny by design: two classic-games concessionaires (Loterija Slovenije, Športna loterija) and a capped set of casino concessions, with online play permitted only through those same concessions. Everything else targeting Slovenian players operates without a concession.
